New Delhi: Grid Controller of India Limited successfully concluded its 16th Annual General Meeting on September 24- 2025 through hybrid mode. CMD, Shri S.C. Saxena, addressed the members and apprised them of the functioning and future plans of the Company. The meeting was attended by CMD, Shri Paresh R. Ranpara, Director (Human Resources), Shri R.K. Porwal, Director (System Operation), Shri Amit Kumar Jain, Director (Finance) & CFO, Dr. Srikant Nagulapalli, Government Nominee Director, Ms. Anjali Sinha, Government Nominee Director, Adv. Ravindra Ramdas Borawake, Independent Director, Company Secretary, Representative from the Ministry of Power and Statutory and Secretarial Auditors. The members inter – alia approved payment of Final Dividend of ₹63.32 lakh in addition to Interim Dividend of ₹569.90 lakh paid earlier to the Ministry of Power.
