Grid Controller of India Limited (GRID-INDIA) successfully held its 15th Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2024, through a hybrid mode. The members approved the payment of a final dividend of ?0.47 crore, in addition to an interim dividend of Rs.4.27 crore, and authorized the capitalization of reserves to issue bonus shares.
