Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (Human Resources) GAIL (India) Limited, highlighted the success stories of 15 years of GAIL Utkarsh Super 100 journey which has been a flagship CSR initiative of the Company.
During these years, this project has brought a monumental transformation in lives of those talented students who were economically hardpressed to afford their educational aspirations into remarkable success stories. GAIL Utkarsh Super 100 provides free residential coaching to economically disadvantaged students, preparing them for premier engineering and technical institutions like IITs and NITs.
Since 2009, the project has positively impacted over 1,379 students, securing admissions to esteemed institutions like IITs (409), NITs (379), and other top engineering colleges. Today, this flagship program runs at three centres such as Kanpur in UP, Haldawani in Uttarakhand and Varanasi, UP. Varanasi centre is quintessentially all girl centre for both JEE and NEET.
