NEW DELHI. Shri Shrikant M Vaidya, former Chairman of IndianOil Corporation Ltd., was recently honoured with the SCOPE Eminence Award for Individual Leadership Excellence by the Hon’ble President of India at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The recognition reflects IndianOil’s remarkable journey during his tenure from 2020 to 2024, a period defined by global turbulence and national challenges. Under his leadership, IndianOil emerged as the most decorated PSU, winning six awards—three for corporate excellence and three individual recognitions, including two celebrating women leaders, the CGM & State Head (Kerala) and the GM (Refinery HQ). The recognition highlights IndianOil’s strong focus on inclusivity, leadership excellence, and empowering women professionals.
