Shimla. The Himachal Pradesh government has appointed R D Dhiman (Retd IAS: 1988: HP), former Chief Secretary of the state, as the Chairperson of the Himachal Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). Another retired officer Amit Kashyap has been appointed as a RERA member.
