The Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM) in Ranchi hosted a three-day Capacity Building Program on IT Initiatives from August 22-24, 2024. During the valedictory session, over 250 executives, including management trainees and IICM faculty, were addressed by Dr. B. Veera Reddy, Director (Technical), and Shri Brajesh Kumar Tripathy, Chief Vigilance Officer, of Coal India Limited. Dr. Reddy emphasized the importance of dedication, adherence to guidelines, and CIL’s growth strategies to achieve ambitious production targets. Shri Tripathy highlighted the role of vigilance in fostering transparency and ethical governance within CIL. Dr. Kamakshi Raman, IICM Executive Director, expressed gratitude for their support in advancing IICM’s academic and training excellence.
