ECL Leaders Participate in CIL Conference Launch of COALRR Application to Promote Transparent R&R Processes

Shri Satish Jha, CMD of ECL, along with Director (Finance) Shri Md. Anzar Alam, Director (HR) Shri Gunjan Kumar Sinha, and senior HoDs, attended the formal launch of the COALRR Application at the CIL Conference Hall in Kolkata, joined by Shri Girish Gopinathan Nair, Director (Technical/P&P), and Shri Partha Sakha De, GM (LRE), during the event. The COALRR Application represents a significant advancement in enhancing transparency and efficiency in implementing CIL’s Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) Policy. It is designed to assist beneficiaries awaiting employment, enable real-time monitoring of R&R files, and streamline processes for quicker redressal, reaffirming CIL’s commitment to technology-driven governance and inclusive development.
