Dr. R. Balasubramaniam, Member–HR of the Capacity Building Commission, visited the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Academy to engage with the institution and explore its training methodologies and organizational development practices. The Academy, which has achieved a Three-Star rating under the NSCSTI framework for its consistent improvements in training quality, showcased its ongoing initiatives and demonstrated the use of advanced simulation-based training technology in preparing metro pilots.
