NAGPUR. Dr. Hemant Sharad Pande possesses 37 years of rich experience in WCL and SECL. Prior to assuming charge as CMD, he was serving as Director (HR) at WCL. During his tenure, he accelerated several important administrative and digital reforms within the organization.
Under his leadership as Director (Human Resources), notable initiatives such as the ‘SWASTH’ portal for improved healthcare management, Dispensary Management System (DMS), and modernization of various HR portals were implemented. He also gave special emphasis to strengthening industrial relations, employee welfare, social security measures, medical facilities for retired employees, pension systems, and transparent administrative processes.
