Dr. Vikas Kumar, Managing Director of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), delivered the keynote address at the 13th Annual Conference on Urban Rail in India, organised by the Indian Infrastructure Group at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
