The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation was honored with the 4th India Green Energy Award in the ‘Outstanding Green Energy Consumer/User-Industrial/Commercial’ category. Presented by Sh. Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Govt of India, the award acknowledges DMRC’s remarkable contributions, including drawing 50 MW of solar energy from installations and 99 MW from an offsite solar plant in REWA.Dr. Pramit Kumar Garg, Director Business Development, DMRC and Shri S.A. Verma Executive Director, Environment, DMRC received the award.
