DLF Gardencity rejoice the spirit of festive season

New Gurugram: As Navratas arrive, the residents of New Gurugram prepare to delve into the spirits of festivities. Various condominiums of DLF Gardencity planned the intricate details of celebrations, lined up in the coming weeks. The Skycourt and New Town Heights, sector 90 celebrated Dandiya Night on 2nd October and New Town Heights, sector 86 are all set for their share of gaiety on 5th October, with adjoined efforts of residents in the township of DLF Gardencity.

Festival became more cheerful when celebrated with loved ones. The visitors came to enjoy the glorious night with their families, friends and relatives. The people relished mouth-watering Bengali delicacies which took them to a ride back to the traditional essence of Bengali food flavours. The evening witnessed the stalls of artificial jewellery, handicrafts, clothing boutique and other interesting corners which added on to the festivity.

Residents of NTH86 will celebrate dandiya night this Saturday. Along with dance, music, food stalls and fun filled activities to relish the festive vibes, the purpose is also to bring the individuals together to strengthen the community fabric amongst residents. Residents are preparing their traditional clothes and dandiya sticks as the festive feels seek a dance floor.

Mr. Vasu, one of the main organizers of the evening at NTH86 said, “Celebrations had begun for us the moment we sat to plan the event itself. It is amazing to see the response and support of residents and we are eagerly waiting for the day. Purpose behind this evening is to realize that we can celebrate our life any moment we wish to and it is this easy.”

The coming weeks at DLF Gardencity will be vibrant with pandals, mata ki chowki, music, dance, food stalls and community gatherings of over 2500 families residing over there. There will be food vans serving especially curated festive cuisine on the occasion of Dussehra. Also, there will be various competitions for children and adults with exciting gifts as prizes.  The Puja celebrations would culminate on Dussehra – 8th October where the bisarjan of Maa Durga will take place. The next few days would be merry with multiple Diwali Melas. There will be flea markets selling clothes, utensils and things that give a complete touch to the vibes of festivities in the air.
