In a significant move to bolster the regional industrial ecosystem, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the expansion of SLMG Beverages’ manufacturing facility in Ayodhya. This expansion, which represents a Rs 350 crore investment, is part of Coca-Cola’s ambitious plans to invest up to $1 billion by 2030.

Expected to create 900 new jobs, the expansion will raise the total workforce at SLMG Beverages to 2,500 employees, fostering local employment and contributing to economic growth in the region.
SLMG Beverages, Coca-Cola’s key bottling partner, is committed to investing in production capacity across Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, ensuring a sustainable and robust supply of beverages in these key markets. This expansion marks a pivotal moment in the growth of Coca-Cola’s operations in India, reaffirming the company’s dedication to enhancing its footprint in the country.
