Shri G. Kishan Reddy, Union Minister for Coal & Mines, and Shri Satish Chandra Dubey, Minister of State for Coal & Mines, ; honoured our 11 women coal miners at a programme held in Hyderabad to celebrate the role of women in the mining sector as part of the pre-Women’s Day celebrations.
These women miners, working across our subsidiary companies in eight states, have not only shattered barriers, but have also demonstrated exceptional dedication and excellence in their respective roles.
Smt. Nirupama Kotru, Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Coal, Govt. of India, senior officials of Ministry of Mines and Ministry of Coal, and Coal India, were present on the occasion.
