Union coal secretary Amrit Lal Meena urged Coal India Limited (CIL) and its subsidiaries to lay emphasis on the PSU’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) and explore new areas to provide the benefits of the initiatives.
Lal was virtually addressing the inaugural session of a two-day CSR conference of CIL subsidiaries organised by the PSU’s Ranchi-based subsidiary Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) .
