Shri Pramod Agarwal, Chairman, Coal India, launched the corporate WhatsApp chatbot of Coal India Ltd, named “Coal Mitra.”The Chatbot in CIL will be initially used as a “Samvaad WhatsApp Bot”, to address grievances and suggestions, to track vendor bills through the “Vendor Bill Status” and retired employees can also use it to download forms to address benefits through “Retiree’s Benefit.”
Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (P&IR) – CIL, Dr. B. Veera Reddy, Director (Technical) – CIL and Shri Mukesh Choudhary, Director (Marketing) – CIL, were present on the occasion.
