A two-day training and workshop on Labour Codes recently began at Coal India in Kolkata, aiming to improve understanding of the new Labour Codes and support their effective implementation at workplaces. Former Chief Labour Commissioner Shri Onkar Sharma shared expert insights and practical guidance on adopting and applying the Labour Codes effectively. Addressing the participants, Director (HR) Dr. Vinay Ranjan emphasized the importance of staying updated on changing labour regulations and promoting a culture of compliance, fairness, and mutual respect.
