Coal India Limited has taken a significant step towards enhancing multimodal connectivity infrastructure for coal transportation by partnering with Indian Institutes of Managements (IIM) Mumbai and Sambalpur. The MoU, exchanged in the presence of Hon’ble Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, facilitates a transformative leap in logistics efficiency. The collaboration, praised by Coal India Chairman Shri PM Prasad, involves a one-year PGP-Ex program in “Logistics and Operations Excellence through Digitisation” for Coal India executives serving in MCL and other subsidaries , fostering industry-academia synergy for economic growth and environmental sustainability.
