Shri R.K. Chaudhary, CMD, NHPC met Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, Chief Minister of Rajasthan and along with Shri R.P. Goyal, Director (Finance), Shri Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel) and Shri S.K. Singh, Director (Projects & Technical) at New Delhi recently. During the meeting the Chief Minister was apprised on NHPC’s current activities and its future plans.
Discussions were also held on NHPC’s initiatives towards development of Pumped Storage Projects in Rajasthan through JV with State entity. Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore, Cabinet Minister, Department of Industries and Commerce, Department of Information Technology and Communications, Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, Department of Skills, Planning and Entrepreneurship and Department of Soldier Welfare, Govt. of Rajasthan was also present on the occasion.
