The Central Electricity Authority (CEA), in association with NFEES and BIS observed as “Electrical Safety Day” on June 26, 2024 and organized an All-India Electrical Safety awareness programmer for school students. The event, themed “Safety Starts from School,” saw participation from over 150 representatives and 50 students from Delhi. Chairperson Shri Ghanshyam Prasad emphasized the importance of electrical safety education. The event included the launch of an “Electrical Safety Handbook for Students,” designed to educate on electrical safety practices.
