SAIL’s Management Training Institute celebrated its 62nd Foundation Day with the SAIL Gyan Utsav 2024 in Ranchi from June 24-25. Inaugurated by Shri KK Singh, Director (Personnel – SAIL), the event honored achievements in learning and development. Notable awards went to SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant executives, including Ms. Komal Mehra and Shri. US Parganiha. The conclave featured presentations, panel discussions, and recognitions, aiming to advance learning and development within SAIL.
Ms. Komal Mehra, AGM (CC-Works) from BSP was awarded as Top learner in “Aanya” leadership journey program, while Shri. US Parganiha, GM (SMS-III), and Shri. SR Jatrele, GM (Instrumentation) were felicitated as Best Training Engineers at SAIL Gyan-Utsav 2024. Shri. Sanjeev Shrivastava, GM (HR-L&D), Shri. SK Palo, AGM (HR-L&D) and Ms. Avanthi Vuchula, DM (HR-L&D) were felicitated as SPOC of Aanya, Future Skill Prime and Linked in learning at the event. Shri. Sanjeev Shrivastava received the award on behalf of all.
The Representative executives from SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant were felicitated at the SAIL Gyan Utsav 2024 Conclave. Director (Personnel) handed over the Mementoes and Certificates of Merit to the champions.
