Bank of Baroda celebrated its 118th Foundation Day with a strong focus on innovation, trust, and sustainability. The theme, ‘Trust Empowered by Innovation’, reflects the Bank’s vision to build on its legacy of customer trust while embracing modern banking solutions. The event, graced by Shri M. Nagaraju, Secretary of the Department of Financial Services, highlighted the Bank’s commitment to sustainable growth and customer-centric services.
To commemorate the occasion, the Bank announced several forward-looking initiatives, including the launch of the bob World Business app tailored for MSMEs and corporates, and a Virtual Front Office using AI and 3D holographic technology. Other notable offerings include bob E Pay International for global UPI services, the bob inSIGHT Braille Debit Card for visually impaired customers, and new Green Financing schemes aimed at promoting environmental sustainability.
