Around 32 crore beneficiaries have been enrolled under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, PMSBY . In a written reply, the Minister of State for Labour and Employment Rameswar Teli today informed this in Lok Sabha.
He said 14 crore 82 lakh beneficiaries have also enrolled under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, PMJJBY during this period. Mr Teli said the government has launched PMSSBY and PMJJBY to provide the life and disability cover to the workers amongst others.
