Akasa Air, plans to hire up to 800 new workers by the end of the fiscal year in preparation for starting international services. The low-cost carrier will keep the single-class configuration for routes expanding to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other parts of South Asia, including Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh. ET
