NEW DELHI: The All India Management Association organised its 14th edition of ‘Pragati – Celebrating Achievements of Women’ in New Delhi with the theme “New Age Women: Balancing Growth & Passion”. The programme aimed to equip women professionals with insights from diverse speakers to help them overcome career challenges and advance in leadership roles.
Speakers including Avarna Jain and Vijay Gogoi highlighted the importance of collaboration, data-driven leadership, and inclusive growth, drawing insights from the Women Leadership in Corporate India Report by AIMA and KPMG. Sessions also focused on mentorship, financial independence, and the evolving multi-generational workforce, emphasising the need for support networks and informed decision-making.
Discussions on negotiation and self-advocacy encouraged women to recognise and assert their value, while the concluding session showcased entrepreneurial success stories supported by GAIL’s ABHA initiative. The programme underscored the importance of collective growth, skill development, and enabling women-led entrepreneurship for a more inclusive and empowered workforce.
