The Adani Group has earned a spot on TIME’s prestigious list of the World’s Best Companies for 2024. This recognition, developed in collaboration with Statista, a global leader in industry rankings and statistics, underscores the Adani Group’s dedication to employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability.
Being included in this list is a testament to the group’s relentless efforts to innovate, excel, and set high standards across its diverse businesses.
The selection for the World’s Best Companies 2024 is based on a comprehensive analysis of three key factors:
Employee Satisfaction: Surveys conducted across over 50 countries with approximately 170,000 participants assessed companies based on direct and indirect employee recommendations, work environment, salary structure, equality, and overall corporate reputation.
Revenue Growth: Companies were evaluated based on their financial performance, including having generated revenues exceeding US$100 million in 2023 and showing consistent growth from 2021 to 2023.
Sustainability (ESG): Businesses were assessed on their sustainability practices using standardized ESG (environmental, social, and governance) metrics from Statista’s ESG database, along with targeted research.
Significantly, eight out of eleven publicly listed Adani portfolio companies were included in this evaluation, highlighting the group’s overall excellence. The remaining three companies are subsidiaries of these listed entities, further reinforcing the group’s strong performance across all sectors.
