The Public Relations -Rajbhasha unit of SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) is organizing a series of programs to mark the observance of ‘Rajbhasha Pakhwada’. The Quiz competitions held across the plant as part of Rajbhasha Pakhwada in different zones generated huge interest with around 850 employees turning up for participation. The programs were organized by the Public Relations – Rajbhasha unit with support from the Hindi Adikaris of the departments concerned. For the smooth conduct of the competitions and to ensure maximum participation, the entire plant including township and medical was divided into 24 zones. The active involvement of employees from various departments made the program lively and competitive.
Notably, Rajbhasha Pakhwada observation commenced at RSP with the Rajbhasha Sankalp organized on Hindi Divas. The programs aim at creating greater awareness about the progressive use of Hindi in official work, while also promoting creativity, participation, and enthusiasm among employees in embracing the spirit of Rajbhasha.
