AAI Hosts Strategic Brainstorming Workshop to Enhance Infrastructure and Collaboration

At the AAI Corporate Headquarters in New Delhi, a high-level brainstorming workshop took place today, bringing together experts from various sectors to discuss and strengthen the organization’s key functional areas. The session was led by Chairman Sh. Vipin Kumar and was attended by AAI Board Members, senior officials from #CPWDGOV, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), NTPC Limited, NBCC, Engineers INDIA, alongside AAI executives. The workshop aimed to foster collaboration, inspire innovative solutions, and improve excellence in infrastructure development, with a particular focus on procurement systems, project execution, and maintaining high standards of quality that support the nation’s growth.

During his address, Chairman Vipin Kumar emphasized the importance of synergy among participating organizations, urging stakeholders to share best practices in procurement, quality assurance, dispute resolution, and monitoring frameworks. He highlighted that strong infrastructure is vital for the country’s economic progress and stressed that the workshop’s primary goal was to facilitate meaningful dialogue to create resilient, future-ready, and world-class infrastructure for the aviation sector. The initiative underscores AAI’s commitment to driving innovation and collaboration to elevate India’s infrastructure standards on a national scale.
