Verma, Former Executive Director (HR), NTPC, conducted interactive workshops on “CDA Rules: Managing Integrity, Discipline, and Fairness at the Workplace” for NTPC Barh professionals. Through case studies and open dialogue, the sessions highlighted ethical leadership and fair practices. Executive Director Shri Cheruvu Satya Rama Krishna, HOHR Shri Prashant Samal, and Head-EDC Shri Om Prakash Singh coordinated and supported the program.
