NOIDA. Oil India Limited (OIL) organised a full-day familiarisation programme on the Master Circulars and Updated Vigilance Manual 2026 for Vigilance Officers of OIL and Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) at its Corporate Office in Noida. The programme was held as part of the capacity-building initiatives during the Vigilance Awareness Week 2026 campaign period. The session was conducted by Sandeep Mukherjee, former Director, Government of India, and regular faculty member at the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM) under the Department of Personnel & Training.
