KOLKATA. Coal India Limited has stepped up its reform initiatives with Shri Vikram Dev Dutt, Secretary, Ministry of Coal, chairing a review meeting in Kolkata to assess the progress of various reforms aimed at strengthening operational performance, enhancing efficiency and driving organizational excellence.
Marking Coal Indiaโs โYear of Reform and Transform,โ Shri Dutt also launched several digital portals and dashboards focused on employee welfare and customer-centric services, including the CIL MedEX Portal, CIL Swasth Portal, Third-Party Sampling Agreement Portal, Landed Price Dashboard and Consumer Portal.
The occasion was attended by Shri B.
