InsuranceDekho appoints Rohan Mittal as CFO

India, August 5th, 2026: InsuranceDekhoone of India’s one of India’s fastest growing leading insurtech platforms, has appointed Rohan Mittal as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO),  as it strengthens its senior leadership team ahead of its next phase of growth. Rohan will oversee finance, capital strategy, governance, bringing to InsuranceDekho a playbook shaped by nearly two decades of scaling, restructuring and building businesses across listed and high-growth companies.

Most recently, he was Group CFO at RateGain during the company’s USD 280 million acquisition of Sojern and the integration that followed, a period in which the company more than doubled its revenue. At Yatra Online, he served as CFO during the company’s India IPO. At Allcargo-Gati, he was part of the leadership team during a period in which the company reduced debt from INR 440 crore to INR 180 crore and the stock moved from INR 61 to INR 180 in twelve months. He was also CFO at Rivigo during the period leading to its acquisition by Mahindra Logistics

Rohan Mittal has been recognised with several industry accolades, including BW 40 Under 40 (Finance), Young CFO of the Year and recognition among the Global 200 Power Finance Leaders. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow and a B.Tech (Hons.) from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
