NEW DELHI. Engineers India Limited (EIL) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the CSIR–Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology (CSIR-IMMT), Bhubaneswar, on July 23, 2026, to strengthen strategic collaboration in mineral processing, extractive metallurgy, and the critical and strategic minerals value chain. The agreement was signed by Shri Rajiv Agarwal, Director (Technical), EIL, and Dr. Ramanuj Narayan, Director, CSIR-IMMT, in the presence of Shri Atul Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director, EIL, alongside Dr. Kali Sanjay, Head of Business Development & CoE at CSIR-IMMT, and senior leadership at EIL’s Head Office in New Delhi. Under this partnership, both institutions will jointly identify, evaluate, and undertake joint research and development projects while facilitating technical expertise exchange, capacity-building programs, and the commercial scaling of indigenous technologies.
