In his inaugural address, Shri Sobti underscored the strategic importance of skilling, reskilling, and upskilling, advocating for an institutional culture of lifelong learning to ensure long-term workforce resilience. He highlighted that this program is a vital piece of a larger, multi-tiered commitment to public sector excellence, which includes comprehensive programs like
DAKSH designed to prepare senior executives for Board-level positions. Expressing confidence in the cohort, he stated that the knowledge gained during the week will empower these
emerging leaders to steer their respective enterprises to newer heights.
