NEW DELHI. Dr. Ramaswami Balasubramaniam has joined as its new Full-Time Member , NITI Aayog. A distinguished professional with an extensive career in grassroots development, public policy, and leadership, Dr. Balasubramaniam brings decades of experience working with rural and tribal communities.
Prior to this appointment, he served as a Member of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC). His profound expertise in community-led initiatives, institution building, and policy engagement is expected to significantly strengthen NITI Aayog’s strategic initiatives. The institution looks forward to his contributions in advancing inclusive growth and supporting transformative policy interventions across various sectors to further the nation’s development goals.
