A seasoned IRSE officer from the 1996 batch, Singh joins the Senior Management Team following his tenure as Chief Vigilance Officer (Engineering) at Northeast Frontier Railway. He brings vast expertise in railway infrastructure and civil engineering. His appointment on an immediate absorption basis is expected to significantly bolster RVNL’s technical leadership and the execution of its upcoming national infrastructure projects.
