NEEPCO organised a media interaction on 10 December 2025, during which print and electronic media representatives from Assam and Meghalaya visited the Kopili Hydro Power Station. The team was briefed by Shri Jayanta Sarma, ED (D&E), Shri A. J. Bordoloi, HOP KHPS, and Smti Kabita Das, GM (HR), who highlighted how hydro and pumped storage projects not only bolster regional energy security but also play a significant role in driving socio-economic development.
