A seminar on SEBI Compliance, organized by the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE), in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) at SCOPE Complex, New Delhi, was inaugurated by Shri Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE, along with CA Anuj Goyal, Central Council Member, ICAI. Attended by over 60 participants from 30 PSEs and addressed by domain & industry experts, the seminar aimed at equipping participants with insights into decoding SEBI compliance on listing obligation and disclosure requirements, amendments (LODR 2.0) and their practical implementation into corporate strategy and reporting.
This seminar marks another step in SCOPE and ICAI’s joint commitment to enhancing financial acumen and promoting sustainability practices within Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs).
