The National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi, under the aegis of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, in collaboration with SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant is set to organize a 30-Day Production-Oriented Children’s Theatre Workshop in Rourkela from 12th May to 10th June 2025. The workshop will be hosted at Ispat English Medium School, Sector-20, Rourkela.
Designed for children aged 8 to 16 years, the workshop will run daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The initiative aims to nurture creativity, boost confidence, and introduce young participants to the fundamentals of theatre through intensive training and hands-on experience in stage production.
Mr. Jagannath Seth, an NSD alumnus, will serve as the Workshop Director, guiding participants through a structured curriculum culminating in a final production performance on 10th June 2025 at Civic Centre, Rourkela.
Aspiring participants can submit their registration forms on 10th May 2025, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, at the venue itself.
