In 2000, Vikas joined the esteemed management consulting firm A. T. Kearney, where he flourished for over 17 years, ultimately becoming a Partner and Chairman of its India business. As the Global Leader for the Energy and Process Industries practice, he was instrumental in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including major global oil and gas companies. His leadership was further exemplified during his tenure on A. T.
