NTPC recently organized a two-day workshop titled “Leading the Change” focused on Change Management and fostering a Value-Based Organizational Culture. The workshop was inaugurated by Sh. V K Pandey, BUH, NTPC Sipat, who emphasized the rapid transformations within the power sector and motivated participants to leverage the insights gained from the workshop for driving organizational progress.
The session was conducted by Shri A N Verma, Former ED (HR) at NTPC and Founder Director of Ontological Leadership Foundation, along with renowned HR expert Shri Yogi Balkrishna. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, role plays, outdoor games, and experiential learning, the workshop encouraged active engagement from participants. The event concluded with a valedictory session, where participants shared positive feedback and key takeaways. The session was graced by the BUH and senior management from NTPC Sipat.
