Shri Sandeep Kumar Gupta, CMD, GAIL, signified the importance of women-focused CSR initiatives to create opportunities for their success stories on the occasion of International Women’s Day celebrated at GAIL Training Institute, Noida . Shri Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), referred to GAIL’s Entrepreneur Development Initiative for the spouses of GAIL employees – “ABHA”. Shri RK Jain, Director (Finance), and Shri Deepak Kumar Gupta, Director (Projects), were also present on the occasion.
Dr. Alka Mittal, former CMD and Director, ONGC, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, spoke on her inspiring journey of maintaining a healthy work-life balance on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
In a half-day-long session, all the working women employees in Delhi, NCR, gathered to celebrate the empowering reiteration to mark the occasion. All the senior management officials were also present on the occasion.
