Standing Conference of Public Sector Enterprises (SCOPE), an apex body of Public Sector Enterprises is organizing programs on ‘Public Procurement’ and ‘Right to Information Act’ at Hotel Vivanta, Shillong on 29th February – 1st March, 2024 and 1st March 2024 – 2nd March, 2024 respectively.
