13 employees of the Human Resource fraternity of SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) were felicitated under the ‘SAIL Shabash’ Scheme for their exemplary, performance at a function organized at Samadhan Conference Hall of ED (HR) Secretariat on 27th September 2025. Mr. Tarun Misra, ED (HR) presided over the function and handed over the Shabash awards and Certificates. Present on the occasion were Mr. Manas Ranjan Rath, CGM (HR), Mr. P K Sahoo, CGM (HR-L&D), Mr. B K Jojo, CGM (TE & Horticulture), Mr. T G Kanekar, CGM (TS & CSR) and other Officers coming under the purview of HR Department.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Misra congratulated the awardees for their performance and urged all the employees to emulate such best practices for the benefit of RSP and SAIL as a whole.
The recipients of the awards were from HR, Town Engineering, Town Services, Learning and Development Department, Law, Education, Business Excellence & Industrial Engineering and Horticulture Departments. The programme was coordinated by Mr. Somadutta Tripathy, Senior Manager (HR).
