The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has approved the appointment of Shri Vishal Puri as a Non-Official Independent Director (NOID) on NBCC (India) Ltd for three years or until further orders. He was appointed as Additional Director (Independent) effective May 23, 2025, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013. Mr. Puri is a finance expert from Chandigarh with qualifications in chartered accountancy, law, and information systems auditing. He holds a Commerce degree, LLB from Panjab University, and certifications from ICAI and DISA.
