Vinod Zutshi, IAS (Retd.) and former Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, was conferred the prestigious “Lifetime Achievement Award” by the ITCTA and ICM Group at the ITCTA Awards 2025 held in New Delhi. The award recognizes his outstanding achievements, entrepreneurial excellence, and invaluable contributions to the growth and development of the travel and tourism industry. Currently serving as a Consultant and Advisor in Travel & Tourism, Public Policy, and HRD, as well as a Mentor for civil services aspirants, Mr. Zutshi continues to inspire through his multifaceted roles as an advocate, election expert, and arbitrator.
