Singh, today released the ”12th Integrated Rating & Ranking of Power Distribution Utilities” in the presence of Shri Pankaj Agarwal, Secretary (Power), Smt. Parminder Chopra, CMD, PFC, Shri Vivek Kumar Dewangan, CMD, REC, Shri Manoj Sharma, Director (Commercial), PFC, Shri V. Packirisamy, Executive Director (Entity Appraisal-I), PFC and other senior officials of MoP, PFC and REC.
