THDCIL Hosts HR Confluence

RISHIKESH. THDC India Limited (THDCIL) organized *HR Confluence: Vimarsh 2025* at its state-of-the-art Takshashila HRD Centre, Rishikesh, on 25th–26th August 2025. The two-day event brought together eminent HR professionals, thought leaders, and senior executives from across sectors to deliberate on the future of human resource practices and strategies for people-centric growth.

Inaugurating the Confluence, Shri R.K. Vishnoi, CMD, THDCIL, commended the HR team for curating a platform of national significance, emphasizing the importance of forums like *Vimarsh 2025* in shaping HR transformation. Shri Shallinder Singh, Director (Personnel), THDCIL, in his address, underlined the summit’s role as a platform for dialogue, exchange of ideas, and co-creation of solutions to address evolving workforce challenges. The inauguration was attended by senior leaders including Shri Paresh Ranpara, Director (HR), Grid India;

Shri Mridul Srivastava, Business Transformation Leader & Solutionist; and Dr. A.N. Tripathy, CGM (HR-Admin, CC), THDCIL.A key highlight of the Confluence was a thought-provoking panel discussion on *“Leadership Readiness in an AI-Driven World”* featuring top corporate HR leaders from THDCIL, Grid India, and SHRM India. Organized in collaboration with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the event saw active participation from senior HR leaders representing PSUs and leading organizations, reinforcing THDCIL’s commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in human resource management.
