The Core of Vision 2025
At the heart of Vision 2025 lies a commitment to inclusive education. We believe that every child, regardless of their physical or neurological challenges, deserves access to quality education and the opportunity to thrive. Our studies have shown that children with special needs who are educated in mainstream schools tend to exhibit higher levels of confidence, better quality education, and greater social acceptance (Source – Ministry of Human Resource Development (Department of Secondary and Higher Education). Conversely, those in special schools often face limitations that hinder their future prospects.

To realize this vision, the state government has launched a comprehensive initiative to make all state government schools fully accessible to children with special needs (CwSN). By doing so, we aim to equip these children with the skills necessary for the jobs of the future.
