<p><b>National, 1 July 2026:</b> In a move to further strengthen the digital monetization engine and propel the growth momentum, leading Content and Technology powerhouse, <b>Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. </b>(<b>‘Z’</b>) has announced the appointment of <b>Sudeep Nagpurkar </b>as <b>Chief Sales Officer &#8211; Social Platforms, Creator Economy &amp; Partnerships</b>. In this role, Sudeep will be based out of Noida and will report into <b>Sandeep Mehrotra, Chief Operating Officer – Advertisement Revenue, ‘Z’</b>.</p>
<p>As the <i>Attention Economy </i>continues to reshape consumer behavior, brands are increasingly seeking integrated ecosystems that enable meaningful engagement across content, creators, communities and commerce. Recognizing this shift, ‘Z’ is focused on building a robust digital ecosystem that leverages its content strengths, technology capabilities and strategic partnerships to unlock new monetization opportunities across social platforms, creator networks and emerging digital touchpoints.</p>
<p>Sudeep will leverage his deep industry knowledge and experience to enhance the digital asset monetization capabilities with a strong focus on strategic partnerships. Sudeep will work closely with platforms, creators, brands and advertisers to develop innovative monetization solutions and unlock new revenue opportunities for the Company. He will also play a key role in driving strategic collaborations that further strengthen the Company’s presence across the rapidly expanding creator economy ecosystem.</p>

Previously, he was associated with Google India, where he served as the Head of Industry, FMCG, enabling marketing transformation for large consumer conglomerates. He has also been associated with National Instruments (Emerson), building deep foundational expertise in consultative sales and business development.</p>

<p><b>Bengaluru, 01 December 2025: </b>The DP World ILT20 Season 4, to be broadcast exclusively on ‘<b>Z’</b>, will begin on Tuesday, 2 December at the Dubai International Stadium, with the defending champions Dubai Capitals will face the Desert Vipers marking the start of a month-long cricket carnival. Season 4 of the DP World International League T20 runs from 2 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.</p>
<p>Official squads of all the six teams have been announced and includes several superstars of the format. Among the exciting new additions ahead of the upcoming season, Indian stars will make their presence felt in the league this year. Seasoned campaigners like Dinesh Karthik, Piyush Chawla, and Unmukt Chand are set to take the field, bringing strong homegrown representation to the competition. Chawla and Chand will don the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders’ colours, while Karthik will feature for the Sharjah Warriorz. The teams can make reinforcements or replacements during Season 4 in case of injuries or non-availability of their selected players.</p>
<p>The six-team line-up continues to feature top-tier franchises competing across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. A total of 34 matches will be played from December 2, with both afternoon and evening fixtures offering fans a packed month of cricket.</p>
<p>Commenting on the announcement, <b>Laxmi Shetty, Head – Advertisement Revenue, Broadcast and Digital, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd</b>, said: “Season 4 marks another big leap for ILT20. We are bringing together an exceptional line-up of global talent and the electric energy of Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah. <p>Cricket fans and sports enthusiasts across India can catch the LIVE action exclusively on &amp;Pictures SD, Zee Cinema HD, Zee Action, Zee Thirai – SD, Zee Cinemalu and on OTT platform Zee 5. Zee 5 Hindi will offer free-to-view streaming, giving audiences nationwide seamless access to the tournament.</p>

<p><b>Mumbai, 15th November 2025:</b> Leading Content and Technology powerhouse, Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (<b>‘Z’</b>) has marked a new achievement in Environmental, Social &amp; Governance (ESG) by garnering a high score of 51 out of 100 in the S&amp;P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) 2025, which ranks the Company amongst the top 5% in the Media, Movies and Entertainment sector globally.</p>
<p>Over the last one year, the Company has undertaken significant efforts to enhance its performance across all aspects. Within ESG, the Company maintained a strong focus on strengthening corporate governance, supply chain management, climate governance and human capital management amongst others. The Company attained its highest score on the back of initiatives in the realm of stakeholder engagement, double materiality assessment, policy influence, privacy protection, information security management, climate governance, carbon accounting, energy management, customer relations, training &amp; awareness and occupational health &amp; safety management.</p>
<p>The ESG score also places ‘Z’ in the 96th percentile, of which, disclosures under transparency reporting scored 100th percentile. In risk management, supply chain management, tax strategy, water, human rights, human capital management and customer relations, the Company attained a score above the 95th percentile. The Company also outperformed the industry, which garnered an average score of 22.</p>

<p><b>‘Z’</b>s ESG score is the result of its response to the S&amp;P Global CSA which is a relative score measuring a company’s performance on management of ESG risks, opportunities and impact compared to its peers within the same industry classification. The CSA focuses on the quality of company disclosures as well as past and current performance on ESG issues.</p>
<p>During the year, the Company has taken considerable steps towards building robust data privacy and cybersecurity processes that led to zero data breach, enhancement in carbon accounting on consolidated basis, higher energy conservation, waste reduction and recycling initiatives. <p><strong style="font-weight: 600;">National, October 17, 2025: </strong>Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited <strong style="font-weight: 600;">(‘Z’)</strong>, India’s leading media and entertainment company, today announced a historic partnership with Baseball United, the first professional baseball league focused on the Middle East and South Asia, to bring Baseball United’s professional baseball games live to millions of viewers across India. The collaboration will include coverage of all 21 of Baseball United’s Season One games this November and December, including several primetime matches featuring the Mumbai Cobras, India’s first professional baseball franchise.</p>
<p>Baseball United’s games will stream digitally on the Zee 5 app and on three of ‘Z’s leading linear channels &#8211; Zee Café SD, &amp;Flix SD, and &amp;Pictures HD. Broadcasts will be available in both English and Hindi, expanding accessibility for fans across India’s diverse regions. Baseball United’s inaugural season will include the league’s four founding franchises &#8211; the Arabia Wolves, Mid East Falcons, Karachi Monarchs, and the Mumbai Cobras.</p>
<p>The partnership includes a full allotment of supplementary content on Zee 5, including player features, ballpark highlights, Baseball 101 clips, behind-the-scenes segments, and an original documentary on the building of the league. ‘Z’ will support the partnership with four weeks of promotion across its linear and OTT network, with teasers, ad spots, lower-thirds, and additional branded content. Both Baseball United and ‘Z’ will also collaborate on a full slate of social media posts and campaigns.</p>
<p>The season opens with a historic first match on November 14th, as the Mumbai Cobras take the field for their inaugural professional game. The franchise features six Indian players on its roster, alongside international talent from across the globe, giving Indian fans homegrown heroes to support and celebrate.</p>

<p>Baseball United’s first full season begins November 14th at Baseball United Ballpark in Dubai, featuring 21 games in 30 days. The season will culminate with the United Series Championship, set for December 12th, 13th, and 14th.</p>
